The Addams Family is a hilarious musical about everyone's favorite spooky family. When Wednesday Addams falls in love with a "normal" young man, two very different families come together for one unforgettable dinner filled with secrets, surprises, and plenty of laughs.

The passionate and charming patriarch of the Addams family. Devoted to Morticia and his children, Gomez is energetic, romantic, charismatic, and often caught in the middle of his family's chaos. Strong comedic timing and stage presence are essential.MORTICIA ADDAMS
The elegant, confident, and mysterious matriarch of the Addams family. Morticia is poised, dryly funny, and deeply devoted to her family, especially Gomez. Requires strong presence, comedic timing, and movement ability.UNCLE FESTER
Gomez's eccentric and lovable brother who serves as a narrator and guide throughout the story. Fester is quirky, joyful, sincere, and completely comfortable being himself. A strong character actor with excellent comedic instincts.GRANDMA

The smart, dark, and fiercely independent Addams daughter who has grown up and fallen in love. Wednesday struggles to balance her wonderfully strange family with her desire for a more "normal" life. Requires a strong singer and actor with a powerful contemporary musical theatre sound.PUGSLEY ADDAMS
Wednesday's mischievous younger brother who loves being tortured by his sister. When Wednesday begins changing, Pugsley fears he'll lose their unusual bond. Playful, energetic, and funny with strong character instincts.LURCH
The towering, mysterious Addams family butler. Lurch communicates mostly through grunts, groans, and wonderfully slow reactions. A highly physical character role where comedic timing and presence are key.MAL BEINEKE
Lucas's father and Alice's husband. Mal is practical, conservative, and resistant to anything outside his idea of "normal." His encounter with the Addams family forces him to reconsider what he's been missing in life.ALICE BEINEKE

Wednesday's sweet, sincere, and slightly nervous boyfriend. Lucas comes from a very "normal" family but is adventurous enough to fall completely in love with Wednesday and her unusual world. Requires a strong contemporary musical theatre singer and actor.THE ADDAMS ANCESTORS
The spirits of generations of Addams family members who return from the grave to help tell the story. The Ancestors are featured throughout the production as singers, dancers, storytellers, and individual characters. Strong singing, movement, character work, and ensemble skills are important. Each Ancestor will have their own unique personality and identity. -
